Support BSK Theological Seminary on Giving Tuesday

At BSK Theological Seminary, we believe the world needs daring faith leaders—women and men who listen deeply, serve compassionately, and lead courageously in a rapidly changing world. In 2025, that call has never been more urgent. Every gift to BSK fuels our mission to form daring faith leaders who bring hope, wisdom, and justice to the communities they serve.

BSK alumnus, Gary Fletcher, is a daring faith leader.

Gary serves as a full time Staff Chaplain in the Pastoral Care Department for the University of Kentucky Hospital. In his role, he provides care for persons and their families as they face health challenges.

Gary shares about the way BSK prepared him for this ministry, “I have no doubt, completing the Master of Divinity (M.Div, 2024), with a concentration in Clinical Pastoral Education, equipped me for this position. As a BSK student I witnessed the embodiment and practice of pastoral care by every single faculty and staff person. At BSK, they gave me nonjudgmental exposure to social and cultural diversity, and student well-being was always top priority. During residency, our CPE educator remarked (several times!) that BSK provided exposure to academic learning, books, and articles that gave me a clear advantage over residents from other seminaries.”

Supporting BSK makes it possible for daring faith leaders like Gary to be formed for excellent ministry that makes a real difference. Give this Giving Tuesday to help form the daring faith leaders that affect so many lives.
