Library Resources
The Digital Theological Library
The Baptist Seminary of Kentucky is a co-owner of the Digital Theological Library (DTL) which is the primary library for all students. The DTL is a growing, purpose-built, comprehensive collection of resources for theological education.

Other Libraries
The Seminary is also fortunate to have library resources at both of our sites. In Georgetown BSK students can use Georgetown College’s Anna Ashcroft Ensor Learning Resources Center (LRC) and in Louisville students have access to the Simmons College of Kentucky Library. Through these arrangements, BSK students have access to quality collections of information resources to support curricular needs.
All students are encouraged to explore what other libraries (theological, academic, and public) might be in their area. Feel free to contact the seminary librarian to discover the information useful to your learning.
Library Gifts and Donations
Monetary donations for the purchase of library materials to support the curriculum are always welcome and gratefully accepted. The Baptist Seminary of Kentucky accepts gifts of library materials only in very rare cases and the Seminary welcomes and encourages matching funds for processing, housing, and providing access to any donated library materials.

BSK has named its library in honor of longtime supporters Dr. Bill and Joyce Holmes, the school announced during its fall convocation Sept. 2.
