BSK Theological Seminary is pleased to announce significant personnel transitions that will deepen the seminary’s capacity to form daring faith leaders for the Church and the world.
Rev. Erica Whitaker will transition into the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this position, she will oversee the seminary’s daily financial operations and staffing needs, ensuring BSK’s internal structures remain strong and responsive. Whitaker has served as Associate Director for the Institute for Black Church Studies and, most recently, as BSK’s Director of Development. Her wide-ranging experience and deep commitment to the seminary’s mission make her an ideal fit to guide BSK’s operational life into the future.
