About the Position:
FBC, Greenwood, is a CBF-affiliated congregation seeking a full-time Minister of Faith Development. This person will lead our congregation in discipleship, spiritual formation, small group ministry, and faith education across all ages and life stages. We are particularly interested in candidates who:
• Have a theological foundation rooted in CBF Baptist values — soul freedom, the priesthood of all believers, and congregational polity
• Possess a genuine passion for helping people grow in their faith at every life stage
• Bring experience or training in spiritual formation, adult discipleship, or Christian education
• Are relational, collaborative, and able to work alongside a pastoral team and lay leaders
• May be completing a graduate or doctoral degree and are ready to step into a significant ministry role
We are open to both experienced ministers and gifted emerging leaders who are ready to grow into this calling.
