First Baptist Church of Fairbury, Nebraska, is looking for a Senior Pastor to lead a friendly congregation of about 75 members in worship, discipleship, and community involvement. Founded in 1870, the church has a rich history of ministry and active programs, including Sunday School, youth and children’s ministries, small groups, and outreach initiatives.
Fairbury is a friendly town of about 4,000 residents in southeast Nebraska, offering a small-town quality of life and strong community connections.
Compensation: Approximately $60,000 salary package (housing and retirement included). PTO and holidays provided.
