- An official transcript from each institution of higher education where you have completed more than six hours of study.
Transcripts can be sent directly from each institution to BSK Admissions via e-mail at abby.sizemore@bsk.edu.
Official transcripts are preferred to be sent virtually, but if they must be mailed, please mail them to PO Box 23079, Lexington, KY, 40523.
