Kelly Hale has been a student at BSK since Spring 2018.
Baptist Seminary of Kentucky student Kelly Hale will be preaching at Living Faith Baptist Fellowship in Elizabethtown, KY this Sunday, January 27, 2019. Kelly’s sermon title is “Surprised by Jesus” and her text is John 10:38-42. Rev. Roger Jasper is the Pastor of Living Faith. Roger is a 2012 graduate of BSK.
Kelly will be preaching as a part of Baptist Women in Ministry’s Martha Stearns Marshall Month of Preaching. Martha Stearns Marshall Month of Preaching seeks to give churches the opportunity to publicly voice their support of women in ministry, to be counted with other Baptist churches in celebrating the calling and gifts of women, and to remind their congregation that God does indeed call women to the work of the kingdom. Churches are especially encouraged to invite women to the pulpit who have not had the opportunity to preach before.
