Dr. Inscore Essick teaching church history at Faithways Academy.
BSK alumnus Andrew Noe, class of 2013, is the Director of the Faithways Academy at Georgetown College. Faithways Academy is a summer program that is designed to offer high school students a pre-college experience that enables them to reflect deeply on their faith in an academic setting and to explore their faith in the world.
At Faithways, students are able to take courses such as Theology, Church History, and Bible. Dr. John Inscore Essick, Associate Professor of Church History at BSK, has been teaching the Church History course at Faithways. Marcus Pernell, a recent graduate of BSK, is serving on staff at Faithways. And finally, Dr. David Cassady, BSK’s President, will be preaching at one of Faithways’ worship services.
