Dr. Brogdon was also recently named Director of the Institute for Black Church Studies at BSK that will begin its work in Fall 2021.
Dr. Lewis Brogdon, Research Professor of Preaching and Black Church Studies at BSK, will be presenting a lecture this Sunday, March 7, as a part of St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church’s “Dimensions of Faith” lecture series. Dr. Brogdon’s lecture will be entitled, “Dr. King’s Dream Turned Nightmare and the Fracturing of America 2008-2021.”
