Baptist Seminary of Kentucky congratulates Rev. Amanda Standiford on her new role as Associate Pastor of Children & Spiritual Formation at First Baptist Church, Frankfort. Amanda joined the FBC staff on August 24, 2020, and is a 2014 graduate of BSK.
Amanda expresses her excitement at the new role, “I’m excited to be the new Associate Pastor of Children & Spiritual Formation at FBC Frankfort. I look forward to building relationships with both children and adults as we learn, grow, and work together to make God’s dream come true in our world.”
Keith Felton, Senior Pastor of FBC Frankfort describes the significance of Amanda’s leadership: ‘We are thrilled to welcome Amanda Standiford as our new Associate Pastor of Children & Spiritual Formation. Amanda ministered at FBC Frankfort as an Intern for Children’s Ministries seven years ago. We are excited to welcome her ‘home’ and can’t wait to see all the wonderful things God will do through her in the areas of children’s ministries and spiritual formation. We are thankful for Amanda and God leading her to FBC Frankfort.’
Amanda is the second BSK alumni on staff at FBC. Rev. Marcus Pernell is a 2018 graduate of BSK and serves as the church’s Associate Pastor of Students.
