BSK is seeking a full-time, remote Associate Director for Leadership Tenders for Tending: A Ministry of Learning, our grant-funded initiative focused on accessible, lifelong theological education.
This role will help recruit, train, and support a network of Leadership Tenders who serve congregations and leaders through vocational discernment, congregational assessment, coaching, and access to Tending’s digital platform. It will also oversee research and publication, based on our interactions with our partners and participating congregations.
We are looking for a candidate with at least an M.Div., or comparable theological preparation, along with significant experience in congregational leadership, pastoral ministry, judicatory work, coaching, or adult education. Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and project-management skills are essential.
The Associate Director will work closely with the Project Director, Program Administrator, Content Curator, and judicatory partners to support Tender training, regional events, evaluation, and program development.
