BSK graduates celebrate after their 2018 commencement service, held at Georgetown Baptist Church.
Throughout the month of November, Baptist Seminary of Kentucky will be expressing thankfulness for our many ministry partners. Today, in this first week of November, we are highlighting Georgetown Baptist Church. Georgetown Baptist Church hosts BSK for our regular chapel services and special events such as graduation and CBF Day, among others. BSK is also thankful to GBC for being a teaching church for our students, as our they have the opportunity to hold internships within the congregation. Currently, new student Hannah Moody is the Pastoral Resident at GBC.
It is not only through these avenues, however, that Georgetown Baptist Church serves BSK well. It is also through the strong support through prayers, words of encouragement, and the many friends we have at GBC. Dr. David Cassady, BSK’s President says,
“Georgetown Baptist Church goes above and beyond in its support of BSK. Their gift of hospitality blesses us not only through the ways they generously share their space, but also in their displays of love and kindness.”
As we enter this month of thankfulness, BSK would like to thank Georgetown Baptist Church for being our partner in ministry, as we look forward to many more years of partnership.
