Pastor

Kenbridge Baptist Church, located in a small, rural town, is seeking a full-time pastor with 6-10 years of ministry experience. We are a vibrant congregation with an average worship attendance of fewer than 50 people on Sundays. We are searching for a pastoral leader passionate about fostering spiritual growth in the church and community.

Qualifications: Interested candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and some seminary training (preferred), effective preaching and communication skills, comfortable with traditional worship, a heart for outreach and mission work, and the ability to develop engaging programs for youth and children.

Benefits: She or he will receive a supportive congregation that embraces women in ALL leadership roles. Although we are seeking a full-time pastor, we will also consider bi-vocational candidates. The approximate salary for this position is between $35,000 and $45,000 (including Social Security allowance). There is a parsonage located across the street from the church.
