BSK often receives requests for guest preachers from partner churches. These churches may be looking for someone to fill in for a minister who is absent or they may be looking to celebrate a special occasion like Baptist Women in Ministry Month of Preaching. Other times, churches may simply be wanting to support theological education or give the opportunity for a new minister to practice their preaching skills.
Just since 2022 began, BSK has sent out and plans to send out the following preachers to Kentucky churches:

-Janine Williams, BSK student, to First Baptist Church, Morehead, KY and Faith Baptist Church, Georgetown, KY
-Kevin Adams, BSK student, to Ridgewood Baptist Church, Louisville, KY
-David Cassady, BSK President, to First Baptist Church, Middlesboro, KY
-Erica Whitaker, Associate Director for BSK’s Institute for Black Church Studies, Central Baptist Church, Lexington, KY
-Lewis Brogdon, Executive Director of BSK’s Institute for Black Church Studies, Highland Baptist Church, Louisville, KY
