Dr. Lewis Brogdon, Visiting Professor of Preaching and Black Church Studies at Baptist Seminary of Kentucky, was featured in an article of the Courier Journal, highlighting Kentuckians who are working to spread the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Dr. Brogdon was featured for his work to teach students about Dr. King, his life, and his legacy. Dr. Brogdon has recently started teaching a class at BSK called, “Life and Theology of Martin Luther King, Jr.”
Dr. Brogdon writes in the Courier Journal, “I honor his legacy by teaching both collegiate level and community-based courses on King so they can understand his thought in context and grapple with its depth and complexity as they have significant bearing on issues we face today.”
